Ok - so opened up speedo and verified wires going in - none coming to this light. As Zorge wrote [in Serbian if you are interested] this is just stupid trinket and useless - something like cell phone charm that is supposed to blink when you have incoming phone call. Alas, this one works only with CDMA phones and not with GSM - so useless for me.
Also it blinks red - and red light on dash is not good sign - so it will be ignored. Once i get new speedo i'll chop this one apart and take photos if anyone is interested.
