    Dear Nima,

Greetings from Shanghai, and belated welcome to the forum. Great seeing you and your chinabikes tearing things up in Iran -- definitely a place I'd like to ride if the situation presents itself. Can't be more than a couple thousand km west of Kashgar....

Keep the pix coming! Such a pleasure to see pix of your countryside.

    cheers!

Thanks, Nima. Can't wait. I've been dreaming of riding Iran since my youth, when I read an amazing account by Robert Byron about some half-crazed architecture students who drove a wood-burning car from London to "Persia" in the 1930s. Not sure if you know the book, or how it's regarded in Iran, but it left me with a really deep and positive impression, and I've wanted to visit ever since.

I suspect we have a lot more in common than just motorcycles...

    cheers!

Yes, the engine is produced under license from Suzuki. But I'm not sure which bike exactly. This is the most popular China bike sold. I'm surprised you can't find previous posts to answer your question here on MCM. Good luck.

    Dear Nima,

Stop tormenting us! That looks like perfect terrain for having a ton of fun on your QM250! Thanks for posting.

Where is that? And is it possible to ride into Iran these days?

    cheers
