Tagging... when someone tags another property thereby leaving some form of mark on 'it'...
So it's a joke in that the lettering on the bike looks similar to a 'tag' e.g. someone has tagged that side cover...

I do like your bike, and what you have done to it, supersmooth. How long have you owned it, and what do you like or not like about it, so far.
