as for costomer service , I have no clue never needed it , got bike ran awsome except for voltage regulator I replaced on my own

damn 6 weeks, only took about 7 business days to get mine from Scooter Depot, factor in one weekend so about 9 days. customer service is pretty good too. i dumped my bike on a fast curve with gravel in the road and needed to order a foot peg and clutch perch, i was on hold for about 20 minutes but it only took about 5 days to get my parts.Quote:

gardo, i remember reading about your fiasco, not being able to register the bike in new jersey, and the trouble you had with ScooterDepot. that was quite a few months before i ordered my bike, and it seems as though they've gotten the bugs worked out with customer service, but i guess we really won't know unless i have to cash in on that warranty. since i laid my bike down, the parts i needed weren't covered so they were actually making money off me, lol, but as for now i can't really complain.Quote:

Nine working days. I never had to pickup the phone and call them. I received an email confirmation on the 10th and another on the 14th with a tracking number and receiving info.
MSO and Bill of sale received Dec. 31st

on killer motorsports site they have it for 2329.95 + 150.00 TT&L so that is for the plates and everything right. I wonder if they price match...
