as for costomer service , I have no clue never needed it , got bike ran awsome except for voltage regulator I replaced on my own
damn 6 weeks, only took about 7 business days to get mine from Scooter Depot, factor in one weekend so about 9 days. customer service is pretty good too. i dumped my bike on a fast curve with gravel in the road and needed to order a foot peg and clutch perch, i was on hold for about 20 minutes but it only took about 5 days to get my parts.
