Kingmarty, the Australian Shineray distributor has been gone awhile, from what I remember.
Jo'at, this lawsuit seems interesting as I had always assumed (yes, I know, don't ass-u-me :rolleyes1:)that Goldenvale was the same company that sells Roketa, which seemed to get its bikes from Shineray :eek2: I truly think the world is coming to an end when a Chinese company is suing anyone over intellectual property rights (as I thought that Chinese intellectual rights was an oxymoron--I swear it says so in the dictionary :lol8::icon10:)

I still want a "Long March". Despite the troubles. You'd think a bike with 20+ year old technology :wheelchair:would be very reasonably priced. Especially in this economy.
