TZM 150CC/2 stroke - plane of hardcore modification

Hello everyone

I have a Yamaha TZM 150 CC with single CYL 2 stroke engine
I want to do some hardcore modification on it
my plane for the modification is

1st step Replacing the cylinder component
Re-Ground the CYL
Forged/custom Piston
Forged/custom CON ROD
Forged/custom CRANK


2nd replacing the carburettor with an electronic fuel injection kit, made specially for the 2 stroke bike, My carburettor ID is kind of small the inner die is 28/mm
I will be replacing it with a bigger throttle bode size 34mm
this kit can be supplied with 1 or 2 injector, but the company support told me that for my engine RPM one injector is ok (my RPM RED LINE start on 10K)Attachment 7867

3rd install cold air intake with K&N sport filter

4th upgrade is the exhaust system, since my bike sound is really damn high, so i will be installing a branded silencer from FMF, and will try to do a custom silencer for the whole exhaust pipe - like this one . ( the pipe will be wrapped with silicone sheets and rubber/truck inner tube )

i suggest you have a look at this thread

some of the guys on there are ex 500 gp mechanics and some are even engine designers

do you mean re-bore the cylinder? as in make it a larger diameter?

Thank you Zhu for your replay and advice, yes i mean Re-bore the Cylinder, coz i think it might not be soft from inside, so probably this will cause leaking and it might be one of the reason that my bike is super noise
BTW while i was googling about this i found one of the Chinese forum show the progress of the re-boring for the same bike, but there was not info about the location where this progress has been done

the photo shows a company in wuhan which is a specialist cylinder boring company
and the phone number should put you in touch with them
looks like they did a pretty nice job of that cylinder as it obviously had a fair bit of damage

This model was popular in Thailand, if can't find the suitable parts in mainland China, try ur luck from there.

I have checked the link, looks professional, but i have question related to my case if i re-bored the CYL, will i have a problem when fitting the con rod as the diameter of the CYL will bigger..
will i be able to find 0.10 piston rings set for my CYL or what shall i do !!

Also about my bike model i think its kind of known in china as ZF150-2, also i can find in Taobao many parts for it, but all standard

Guys, does any buddy now if the FMF silencer is good enough to silence my super noise bike, of course this will be after wrapping the hole exhaust pipe with silicone sheets and truck inner tube..

Any suggestion will be appreciated

I am playing around with small displacement engines for a very long time (4-stroke) but your idea sounds like a strange modification, why would you use rubber / silicon sheets, heat resistant exhaust wrap (tape) works much better.

Well because my bike is really very noise,and on long run it will cause headache for me, beside i am not gonna be legal rider with Shanghai A plate, so the solution i might follow might be helpful for my bike to not get the police attention.
i saw the link you provided , but as u said its heat resistance, but i am looking for something to silnce my bike..

How can I identified what causes the noise. If the back fires, too lean or combustion. or If it is hardware related like mismatch or leaking exhaust system.
