I am playing around with small displacement engines for a very long time (4-stroke) but your idea sounds like a strange modification, why would you use rubber / silicon sheets, heat resistant exhaust wrap (tape) works much better.

Well because my bike is really very noise,and on long run it will cause headache for me, beside i am not gonna be legal rider with Shanghai A plate, so the solution i might follow might be helpful for my bike to not get the police attention.
i saw the link you provided , but as u said its heat resistance, but i am looking for something to silnce my bike..

How can I identified what causes the noise. If the back fires, too lean or combustion. or If it is hardware related like mismatch or leaking exhaust system.
