You can get it at the border. Just as long as you have all your documents to exit China with your bike (they gave me a little grief cuz I was driving without a license...but not much grief...)....

Killer pics and video. Just completed the trip from Kunming to Jinghong, cutting through Tonghai and then back east to Yuanjiang. Fantastic photos as well, big fan of HDR. A few on our site as well...
