OK how does that thing work? Like a one way roller clutch or does it work like a centrifical clutch?

On a differant subject do you know if you can put a honda semi auto clutch in the CG250 engine? It has a manual clutch that I have no issue using but I'm old and lazy and would kinda like a semi...

The kill switch and start button do not work.
Key on, trans in N, kill switch in run, push start button and nothing happens.
