The Harley Davidson booth was completely packed with people. You could barely get near any of the bikes. Eventually they had to rope the whole thing off as it was just total chaos letting people climb all over everything.
Kawasaki had a tiny booth where they were showing the Ninja 250, KLX250 and the 1400 Concours. I talked with the rep and he stated they were trying to get a feel for the China market. I think we may see a couple models showing up here in China by 2012.
Suzuki had several big bore models on the floor and I was again told they are still working on what models will be imported.
Maybe we will see one of these GW250's sometime.
The GN125, a timeless classic.
Suzuki police style.
The Sky Wave scooter
Suzuki has a partnership with Haojue and this beautiful race bike gathered plenty of attention.
More to come...
Cheers!

Great Pics China V! I can already fee I am going to pick up a new bike in the next few years. Any idea why Regal Raptor wasn't there? The press release said Lifan was going to be there (Isn't that their parent company?) Can't wait to see more!

I'm not sure why Regal Raptor didn't show up . They were there in 2009 and I thought they were getting pretty popular.
Lifan... OK, let's have a look at them.
The LF-250GY7, nice looking motard with a liquid cooled engine. I'm surprised we don't hear more about Lifan on MCM.
This is a 400cc twin the LF400 "OX"
I really liked the look of this 250cc twin. Reminds me of the old Suzuki Bandit.
The 250cc Cossack looks like a solid utility bike. Interesting choice of 19" front wheel with a 17" on the rear.
And last but not least, the X600. This bike screamed prototype and I doubt we're going to see it soon. There was no way to look inside all the plastic, but I'm fairly sure there's a 600cc inline four hiding in there .
Here are a few custom Lifans, can't say that these builders don't lack passion.
Stay tuned...
Cheers!

Zongshen had some interesting hardware on display. First up, let's have a look at the ZS500GS (Cyclone). A liquid cooled, 500cc single with a claimed 22.1 Kw (29 HP)
Next up is the ZS250GS with what appeared to be a liquid cooled 250cc inline twin.
The ZS200 "Puissant" with a liquid cooled V-Twin.
And finally, a sign of things to come, electric peasant mobile.
Stay tuned...
Cheers!

Are there any reliable information, what will be offered to the market for next season?
I am tired of beautiful prototypes, which can be seen only on the moto shows.Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

Nice write and pictures V! I didn't notice before but the Cyclone has a spin on oil filter where we normally see the oil filter located under a bolt on cover. Looks like there is a built in channel to funnel the oil that will be sure to run down when changing the filter, though. I think that I would rather have a spin on filter located underneath or behind a cover to keep down the mess.

QianJiang (QJiang) is the company that purchased Benelli and it looks as if they gained a fair amount of technology from the Italian company.
The Zion 150 Scooter
The Trigger 50cc dirt bike
200cc dualsport with 19" front and 17" rear tires.
The "Colt" 250 V-Twin Cruiser
QJ600GS is a 600cc inline four that is supposed to go on sale in China late 2011 or early 2012
And a couple exotics that we'll probably never have access to here.
Stay tuned...
Cheers!

Shineray was drawing plenty of attention with their huge booth showcasing their commitment to motocross.
A Full line of X2's ready to race.
A new lightweight 200cc dual sport, probably wouldn't look half bad as a motard with 17" wheels.
Electric kids bike.
The 250cc Chief sportbike
Military style utility.
Stay tuned...
Cheers!
