hi all at mcn.
first let me tell you i dont like to wear out my caps key so, well just deal with it ok.
i live in yangzhou and have been in china for 4 years , riding bikes since i was 10 and i just turned 50 so you do the maths.
i bought this bike from taobao and just got home from a 1000km three day ride around jiangsu.
so far the bike runs well and hasnt shown up any major snags, running hard all day and never missing a beat, even in some very heavy showers

the seat is wide and generous which seems to match my wide and generous ass, so thats good , although i might put a bit more foam in it just so i can keep up my cheeseburger consumption.

i like the forks and the triple clamps have good wall thickness and seem pretty well made. remains to be seen what they are actually made of...

And welcome to the forum. Any good riding in your neck of the woods? Jiangsu is pretty flat around Yangzhou, right?
AND HERE ARE SOME CAPS JUST IN CASE YOU FIND YOU NEED THEM.

that was supposed to be in the previous post
what is it ? good question.. we used to call xr650,s big red pigs (brp) so i guess im going to call this a little red pig (xiao hong zhu)
yeah its pretty flat around here but i have managed to find a few hills and some nice tracks around the rivers
i just wanted to get it run in so i went to lian yun gang on the back country roads which took 10 hours to cover 360km then hauled ass down the s204 to nantong 6 hours at 8000rpm . drinking most of the night in tiger tiger bar. then the 336 to yangzhou with a fuzzy head and soggy daks
most of the way in the rain but the bike ran like a clock (maybe not a swiss watch)
thanks for the caps
where are they supposed to go?

Welcome to the forum! It is very interesting to hear comments made by old timers of china bikes.

no caps, no sense either - try no more stupid posts as well, that would be really cool.Kinlon R/T KBR JL200GY-2

No mate, I truly dislike riders who boast about drinking and riding together as if it is macho and worthwhile. I think you are an idiot, get used to it.
You may think it is an impressive introduction to a motorcycling forum, I don't.
I am sure most of us have done it once or twice before we grew up but it is definitely not what we do as adults.
The Chinese Authorities are cracking down on drink drivers which shows a certain cultural and social responsibility.
Whatever your age and experience, you don't. That makes you even more stupid, immature and boastful.Kinlon R/T KBR JL200GY-2

jape i dont know if you have ever actually been to china.
but chinese beer is piss weak 2,5%
i drank , i slept , when i got up i had a headache.
i had breakfast and got on the road
the reference to the bar was to let others in the area know of a good watering hole ( a rare thing in rural china)

welcome aboard zhu!
looks like a worthy pig you got yourself there. yangzhou to lhasa on one tank you say?
the guys from the galaxy dealership in yizheng near you told me that there's a dirt track not far, but i've no idea where. could be fun to finally see if pigs can fly or not.
also don't mind jape, i think he has china envy or something.
