Nice looking bike and would be wonderful if it were available in China to fill the gap between the many choices of 125cc, 200cc and 250cc bikes (including some that are still working on China3 compliance) and the two domestic mid-displacement bikes (Jialing JH600A and Chunfeng/CFMoto 650NK).

But I share the doubts of many here about whether this Shineray X5 will be registrable under the China3 rules or Euro3 rules, as ZMC888 notes. What does that leave? Latin America, Africa and parts of Asia, maybe Russia and Central Asia?

That sure does look like a carburetor in those images. Is it possible that a carbed bike could be engineered to meet C3 or Euro3 emissions restrictions?
