Heading down the trail from Jiaju Village, Zhanggu Town, Sichuan on Lifan 150 GY-IIIs 2004. We paid around $US 480 each for these and did two tours. About 4500 km total. They did not miss a beat. We had to tighten engine mount bolts and exhaust studs and securing bolts after a couple of days. Chinese manufacturers had not heard of Nylock nuts back then. We carried thread cement and took care of the lack of those ourselves.

The X324 was easily the most beautiful road of the trip but infested with huge attack mosquitoes that were all over me within seconds of stopping!

Just a teaser on the upcoming RR about Lobotomous and me riding from Qiqihaer to Beijing. This one is near Xanadu/上堵 and the peak on the left hand side is actually an old beacon tower from the Yuan dynasty.

Ace Cafe its a bad picture its from earlier this year when it was still snowing sadly won't be going back next week on the Honda currently rebuilding it will do the run down on a Kawasaki ER-6F next week.
