Throttle cable improperly adjusted? Too tight in one direction? Shouldn't happen, but who knows.
Alternately, and coincidentally, something is screwy in your ignition switch?

10-31-2013, 03:50 PMFirst, throttle cables routing, then their attachment to the carb and the handle. Something must be tight somewhere.
If these are OK, while the engine is running, start squeezing and squashing electrical wires that run from the kill switch. If it's a wire problem, it should cut out once hit "the spot".

11-08-2013, 07:36 PMI also had a simular problem with my wiring loom near the handle bars but not as bad as yours, this wouldn't happen if they spent an extra 10p on parts and labour to solder the wires together rather than crimp them together!
