Hi to all China Made Bike owners here..It's me adam. China Bike Enthusiasts, I hope I can learn a lot from you guys here!!
The Philippines has a growing number of China Made Bike users and the primary reason is the price, it's cheaper by a clear mile to those japanese, european made bikes that is selling here.
hope to see more of you guys here!Last edited by adam; 03-08-2009 at 01:19 PM.

Adam,
Welcome to MCM! Do hesitate to tell us a little more about you and your bike. Questions are always welcome and pictures are even more welcome!
I would like to know you opinion about the growth of Chinese bikes in the Philipines? Have you been following it closely?

Thank you very much for the warm welcome..actually this is the first china made bike that I had and as far as the performance is concern, I am very much satisfied.. I am recommending it to some of my friends and former club members. Not only it is affordable, but it also serves it's purpose well.
I am not into racing so cruising the street on a good looking bike is a plus factor for me.
China made bikes as I''ve noticed has becoming a trend here in the Philippines, the increasing number of china made bikes are tangible proof that it's presence is being felt in the local motorcycle industry.
here are some of my bikes photos. This is a Yamaguchi Hurricane 150. It was manufactured by XGJAO and distributed locally by Yamaguchi International.
a newer version is being introduced here locally and I've seen this before right in this forum. It's the XGJAO F5 model that was showcased last year during the ChongQing Motorcycle Expo last year that was featured here in this site..
I just borrowed the pics from the other thread..

Well right on Adam! That looks like a nice ride for cruising around town. Ya know we had more than a couple member here from the Phillipines but haven't heard from them in a while.
Are the motorcycle clubs there pretty strong and well organized?

Yeah Motorcycle clubs here in the Philippines are strong and organized.. We have here motorcyclephilippines.com a forum that specifically for bike enthusiasts like me. We have also Motorcycle Philippines Federation (MCPF)which is a rainbow organization of all Motorcycle Clubs and Organizations, we also have Motorcycle Rights Organization (MRO) and Motorcycle Advocates of the Philippines (MAP) which fights for the rights of the Motorcycling public.
Underbones and scooters here in the philippines are the most commonly used mode of transportation aside form jeepneys, busses and taxis of course.
I hope you can visit the philippines as well.

JohnM,
Welcome to the site! We have a couple member here from the Philipines but none seem to be very regular contributors. I hope you run into them someday (not physically of course)!
Feel free to pitch in or ask any questions. There's a lot going on in the Chinese moto industry and the more ideas we have the better!
How do you like your scooter so far? Why are you looking for a motard?
Paz,
