shes in beijing... the DL from them can only be issued in hainan....

to get a real DL from down Hainan was possible at least 2 years ago.
I have a friend who did it. But ... it was only possible to get a car licence no matter if you have your home countrys motorcycle license or not. so he took the carDL ..... better than nothing
if it is nowadays still possible?? Who know whether Mr Xi's arm reach to thereSWM RS500R, R1200GS LC
