01-30-2015, 01:45 PMDoes anyone know if this kit would fit a pulse adrenaline 125?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BIG-BORE-B...item339a5967a7
And a decent clutch kit that i could buy for the engine?

Something like this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePMV7ia6gtE ?
If the product description says that it is designed for GS 125 cc engine and bore is 62 mm, as opposed to the stock 57 mm, then it probably fits also for your motorcycle. Stroke of 125 cc's is 48,8 mm, so if you put in the equation stock bore 57 mm, you wil get 125 cc, and with 62 mm bore, you'll get close to 150 cc. At least, maths right!
But, what is expect from additional 25 cc?
Why you do not search and see if these 75 quid can be used better?
My thoughts: OK, we're keeping stock crankshaft, with 48,8 mm stroke, motor head too (did the valve head dimeters are same on 125 cc and 200 cc GS clones; if yes - that's great). Can we save some money and, if it allows existing cylinder sleeve, bore out that 125 cc cylinder straight away to fit stock 200 cc GS clone 66 mm piston? If not, which would be the biggest diameter you can get from the existing cylinder and his sleeve, and a piston that fits with the other engines (pay attention to things such are the shape of the crown, skirt length, valve cut-outs, compression height, pin diameter...).
I have another proposals that can be considered, a plan B, plan C, plan D... But my terrible english significantly restricts me.Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

02-04-2015, 07:55 PMThe one you provided as link is good, it has bigger cooling fins, so it should be ok! :) , the "124cc stamped big bore (147ccm cca too) wrecks engine.
these 25cc provides extra torque at mid range and low range. but since you will be head flow limited, you will have to buy bigger carb to feed it, and if possible, add better camshaft (Suzuki LT250 should be good), also 16 or 17 tooth sprocket! :P You will lose some performance at top end (9-10k due to head flow limitation -)
