    Piaggio had some association with Jincheng?

    I cannot speak with any authority on this, however, I suspect the engine is now being manufactured by Jincheng? That would explain them having it?

    here is the only clue offered on the Jincheng website.

    2005.7
    Project 204 and Project 557, which are jointly developed by Jincheng Corporation and Italian Piaggio/Aprilia have attained great progress
