UNRESTRICTED CDI !?

What?! Stock CI656A [Honda#: 30410-KCM-008 https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B0157K74T2] is a DC-CDi
Who tells u DC-CDI can't run w/o battery when reg/rec still in there / NO way to feed AC power to CDI from such kind of stator...

Anyway the fleabay seller's info is very fishy. '04 UK model is XR125L ie. ohv (just like CG) & using 8-pin Denso...
If that bike is mine, i would find a unrestriced DC-Cdi Example: https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=523953487109 & re-arrage the pin(s) & get the joob done @ fraction of it
