What a great story! Makes me think that with modern communications there is no reason why we shouldn't all do such things, internet and many people using english as trade language makes such things possible. Ebay helps too, for example I just got an aerial and co-axial lead shipped from Shanghai to Australia foir half the price (and same quality) as most offered here. Sometimes you have to get friends to do the shipping, strangely many USA companies will not ship goods even to Aus. but mates have purchased stuff for me over there 9clothes and archery equipment) and posted it. I know we are meant to be patriotic and support home-based industries but I think of myself as more of an Internationalist (otherwise known as poor, which is a subjective and relative concept).

The main problem would be any need for warranty and parts backup but that is why good dealers/suppliers grow in the market, many people will pay for protection and support. If that support doesn't exist where unscrupulous dealers try to make a quick buck on the price differentials, it is a good route Andy chose. Well done, lets see the pics and lets hope it is an enjoyable machine to ride.
