Ok so here's the deal. I have the Qlink XF200 with Mikuni BST 28 carb. I am not a carb expert by any stretch.

I went to change out the main jet but once I got the main jet off I couldn't get it back on because ethe threads were too far away to get the Main jet threaded back on with the washer.

Well I finally figured out that I if I turn the needle jet so that the slot is in line with the peg in order to pull the needle jet down far enough to thread the jet back on with the washer in place.

I don't know if this is the right way to get the Main Jet threads to reconnect up with the Needle Jet because now gas pours out of the carb when I turn the petcock on.

The floats seem to be fine and is not stuck. I also noticed if I push in the needle jet back in and turn it and put the Main jet back in without the washer the carb no longer dumps gas but the bike doesn't run right that way. What the heck am I doing wrong here? Thanks!
