I have mismatched tyres on my RMR and they feel particularly useless in the usually wet conditions here in the UK so I intend to buy and a fit a matching pair. I have found some well priced continental tyres on ebay, they are the Go tyres which are a good all round commuting tyre with decent levels of grip in the wet and high mileage...just what I need then.
Next I need to fit the tyres. Now I've never fitted tyres on a motorcycle but I have fitted tyres to a tubed bicycle. Do I need specialist tools beyond a decent tyre iron to do this myself or is it really difficult and best left to a specialist?
