#1 Sinnis Max 2, No running lights but brake light works.C-Moto Not-so-Noob

Hi,
My running / reg plate light is not working. Its a combined bulb that includes the brake light in one. I replaced the bulb assuming it was a blown bulb but I still have no running light.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
