#1 Pulse Scout stalls if throttled hardC-Moto Noob

Hi
pulse scout if you ease the throttle up the bike is fine
but is you open the throttle fully quickly it will die straight away
irrelevant of riding or on stand
i have cleaned the corb , checked the fuel
any ideas
