I am following this along with interest as the 650 had caught my eye. I am very interested to see how these machines work out

Keep in mind the 650 is actually only 600cc, the frame and some parts are heavier. Which makes it kind of a pig compared to the 300 and 500. The positive side is obviously the bigger fuel tank, and wider likely more comfortable seat.

In the end it all depends on what you want to use the bike for.
