Here, this chase would end with cop's tractate like: "Are you crazy, you sick f...!? I don't care if you kill yourself, but you could kill innocent people!" Some use of baton could be expected too.

So I have heard they did in Finland too, gave jumping boot to the ribs :) Not quite professional, besides quite low to gank hand cuffed people :)
