AW,
Here is my friend's motard version. Hope this will give interested owners some other modification idea.
Cheers,
Franki
PS: since you guys like the look, I post a couple more. The alu swing arm was fabricated by my friend who happens to be working in the metal work factory. He does not want to disclose much since he is still waiting to complete the road test. Once he is happy about his creation, he will release more info.

Those that did not work were mine. I screwed up the posting. I was just trying to post some old vintage pics of me in 1969 to tease Pfaelzer about what his redesigning skills could do for the Bultaco in the picture. I also figured some of you other guys would get a laugh. I am awaiting my JH600 and spending more on upgrades than I paid for the bike at the rate I am going. It is AW's fault as he keeps posting stuff that makes me start thinking "Stop the madness!" Maybe I will get it figured out and get the pictures uploaded later. You did not miss much.

David Thomson 026&#.jpgA long, long, time ago in a galaxy far away.........
Wondering what AW would do to improve this ride! I probably should not ask, It will end up costing me money.

Franki,
you need to get a nice Wilbers rear-shock for your buddy... The swing-arm looks pretty much like a nice welding-job modified Galaxy XTR250 part. Am I indiscreet here...? Actually our new XTR is sitting right next to my while I am changing the front wheel of my JH600. Pictures later...

Franki,
wheels are done - great. Had to do some milling because of the sealed bearings the guys put in so I needed some more space. New chain and sprocket are on. Very happy - BUT - weather is too good now here in Fuzhou. I'm going out for a little ride with my buddy (the guy with the new XTR). So pix need to wait until the weekend... Then I might tell something about how the bike feels with all the new stuff on it.
cheers, AW.

Hi,
here two images where you can see the Galaxy XTR250 and the Jialing JH600 side by side for a little size comparison. both fun bikes but very different in size and purpose.
Greetings and nice holidays,
AW.
