10-24-2009, 09:53 AMHi,
I checked its factory setting at 2.5 turns when I got my bike, but cannot guarantee that this is the best setting. Seems OK and bike is pulling alright.
might need to do some trial and see how it goes.

Hey guys. I really don't think the "factory" setting on the carbs is anything more than consistently putting the screw half way through it's turning range fora ll produced carbs. Carbs are not usually produced by the manufacturers and there's a great question as to whether or not the manufs do any ajustment to them before shipping.
Best thing is to tune it for your bike and riding environment.

02-19-2011, 08:35 PMHi guys, I'm french, and I've bought a mikilon m96 ....
(There is not much of these bike in france ...)
You seem to know how to tune this carb. Can you explains a little more about this ???
Actually the engine had a lack of power : I can't engage the 3rd speed, nor accelerate with the second (when accelerate, the engine fall down ....) => I think it's a carb problem ? Isn't it ?
Thx
