06-25-2008, 05:31 PMI have one idea to install kick starter on my bike (mine is only with electrical starter). So could someone take a few picture where kick starter is located. I guess I will need to buy a new right side cover and some additinal kick shaft with gears.

My version is also electric start but I know a kick start exists. Can someone please post a clean picture of the kick lever and right side engine cove? I'm sure at least a couple people would like to see it too.

06-27-2008, 06:05 PMThanks volksjagger. Its all clear I can see. I appreciate you help. Now I'm sure I will need to buy new cover, plus probably right side of crankcase. I open right cover before to do some clutch modification and I've seen only one orifice and I hope its orifice for kick starter shaft. Well I will see how much parts will cost. Thanks me I no need to pay for work.

06-28-2008, 07:05 PMThere's a fantastic page here with lots of detailed parts lists and exploded diagrams, click on the QM200GY-B(A) for the Qingqi (Qlink XF200) super motard, they're in html format, so no downloading files or anything:

I'm trying to find workshop or at least good service manual but nothing so far. I have got user manual with my bike and that's all info. I'm trying to find workshop manual for Suzuki DR-200, couse as I know engines mostly the same.
So folks who have an idea how to find it? Let's will help each other.

06-28-2008, 08:21 PMThat's OK. I ride a Qingqi QM200GY-BA and so far I'm very pleased (and surprised) at how well it runs.
I have the Suzuki DR200 manual but only on paper, had to get it from the States as I couldn't find it here. If you want some specific data I could scan some pages for you.
Got it from here: http://www.repairmanual.com/index.htmlJincheng Monkey JC50Q-7
