The ZT166FML engine is touting some above average output.
13kw @7500 rpm (17.68hp)
17Kw @6500rpm (13.07lb ft)
ZONTE also have generated some very professional parts diagrams.
Typically the engine code offers information as the ZT1(66)FML represents the bore and it would not likely be a 150cc with the same bore as the Suzuki GS200 66×58.2, then considering a Loncin 223cc OHC is 65.5x66.2 also a typical CB200 Type OHC is a 163FML 63.5x62.2.
The ZT166FML is claiming very good power at very low rpm.

ZONTE claims on that Engine...
The engines are designed by ourselves , and we already applied several patents from the national bureau. The main features are as following:
1, Totally new designed cylinder head, cylinder , cylinder head cover, we not only enlarged the cooling area, but also added wind way on the cylinder head. By this way, the cylinder head’s temperature is decreased , and the quantity of NO in exhaust gas is reduced efficiently;
2, The optimal designed in-ex valve system, patented piston, ultra slim, anti-friction piston ring, and ultra light designed crank shaft assembly not only enhances the acceleration performance and power performance , but also makes the fuel burnt more sufficiently;
3, Adopting new main and counter shaft with changed transmission ratio, the start becomes more peacefully, and each shift gets better acceleration ability;
4, Enhanced crankcase , With our new patented techniques of oil spray application inside the crankcase, the temperature is decreased effectively, and the key parts' working life are extended;
5, Using the high magnetic oil-leak bolts. Iron filings can be easily adsorbed. So the engine becomes cleaner, and the use of oil is prolonged.

A few years ago I saw one of the "Zontes" models, not much different from this on the photo above. Everything is fine, but the bike is as large as the average 50 cc motorcycle as they were produced 20 years ago - skinny wheels, forks, tank, seat ...
If I remember correctly, this "Zontes" model here (http://www.sprintscooters.com/supermoto_06_track.htm) costs about 1,100 euro.Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

All of Zontes models are not of the same dimensions the one in that image is the smallest they offer. But they all do seem to me to be just versions of the typical CB125/150 models offered in Asia.
This model has a 1385mm wheelbase, which they call the ZT200-7A Phantom, which also has a larger more powerful engine.
While this motorcycles wheelbase is only1280mm, which they call the Panther ZT125-8A and comes with a 125cc engine. The bike in the AD

07-02-2013, 05:03 PMHello Sorry to be late.
I just bought one of those bikes (the 3 pictures at the bottom ;
Zontes Tiger model or as I bought it Revatto Roadster (125 with 156FMI engine).
I bought it for price it was offered and I rode now 1500 km without troubles.
The bar is a problem giving troubles to hands and arms but I wait a new one with different shape.
I find the ration far too short for my use on small roads from home to work.
I am sure It could pull at least one teeth more. I will also get parts.
The main problem is that the engine vibrates incredibly and I love engines too much to use in vibration range. With existing ration speed can not reach 80 km/h even if engine seems to be able to pull a lot more.
I also think fuel/air ratio is wrong and I have to try to improve.
Carb is a copy of Keihin used on 2nd version of CM125, transmission is for the front Honda standard and for the back Suzuki standard.
Beside that, the bike seems quite well made and I hope to ride it long.
Regards.
Fred

That manufacturer has the better designs.
These are a few of them…
HJ125-8B
HJ125-11
They put some time into what they do, they even have their own engine designs.
