Gardo, so is there shop near Philly? If so that would make it easier for me to make a trip (only about an hour or so away). Yeah I sent Tom an email and he told me to call him but I have been so busy, going to try to call him next week. Also will try to get some pics up next week when get back in town.

I looked at those ramps but then looked at the price, I can make my own for less than $100 for materials, and I have welder, bandsaw, and all that to do it. And I love doing stuff like that.

But as for the bike, battery was dead when got it home so charged it up overnight. Then got to ride the next night and when in first or second gear the chain was rubbing the fender. So had to wait another night so I could get 21mm and 16mm wrenches (why are the wrenches you need never in the set you have??) But I will be taking it for a ride next week if the rain ever stops. Take it easy guys

Yup they are a bit over 10 miles from Philly.

Well I dont have the time to fab one up or the welding tools so I settle on buying one then modding it to fit my needs

Yea I noticed the chain rub as well and the rear tire is a 17mm and a 21mm, and I know what you mean. It doesnt happen much more now that the chain is stretched out. Already adjusted it 3 times

have fun man and ride safe

I have this aluminum receiver carrier from Harbor Freight. On sale for $139.99. Works very well.

Anyone have a walkthrough over checking valves? And how to adjust if needed?

Here's one for the CG125 which is what our 167FMM engines are cloned from.

You don't have to remove the cover as shown in the video.

    Google CG125 valve adjust

When adjusting the valve, don't over tighten the valve cover bolts. They will break.

Contrast that with the un-baffled G&D pipe:

Need to get a vid with the baffle in... will do shortly!
Okay, the stock pipe isn't bad at all. The G&D would get a very bad review from the neighbors and police.

Replaced the main jet and I still hesitate taking off. I'm sure I need to dial in the air/fuel mix screw, it's starting to get frustrating. Checked the valves and gave the thing a tick, going back in to it when I have time Sunday. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003CJIJ0E the 100 is what I bought, and it seems to be more responsive over 15mph.
