I gotta say I'm jealous of y'all, I've been by the shop to sit on my ride but I haven't even heard it run yet since my dealer tore the engine down as soon as it showed up to ship to Tom for his mojo. My carb and head should be back tomorrow and then I'll only be waiting on the cables for my apes. Do y'all recommend drilling out the gas cap right away to avoid performance issues or waiting to see if it's needed?
Some of the bikes had the issue not all, mine didnt have the vapor lock issue. I'd say do it anyway as a just in case. you will be happy all getup when you get your "Dream Weaver" (LoL) mods
once mine is installed, cant seem to want to give up my bike for a day let a lone a week I will be getting it Dynoed and report the findings. there is talk from a Heist rider in AZ that his bike is hitting 117mph after the port polish and milling. Until I see real world proof I'll live to dream

I think I'll pass on that. This thing is so light and all over the place at 70, that anything reminiscent of control will be nonexistent.

Surely that's 117 kilometers per hour, not miles per hour, as 117 kph is just under 73 mph. Sounds about right.

Hey Guys couple questions for ya. I tightened up the chain, drilled the gas cap to prevent any problems, and was also pulling all the emissions crap off the bike. The Vent on the bottom of the fuel tank, can it be capped off? Also has anyone changed sprockets? if so what did they use and how was it?? Gonna be another beautiful weekend, time to put some more miles on the bike!

i actually ran the hose all the way up to the front of the bike to get more air flow into the tank. Will need to take some pics to show you guys. As far as sprockets go I am adding a 16t front to test it out

    Happy riding bro
