Wow, it has been too long (just caught up on 20 pages of the post). Have been so busy but got about 50 miles on the bike. I have been having lots of trouble with the chain rubbing on the rear fender. I have tightened it multiple times but it still rubs. Any suggestions?
Kevin, I got the signal lights from Dime City and waiting to find some time to put them on but also got some new mirrors from them. Another problem is my clutch handle being loose, it works fine but just wiggles to much. I am looking to get some new ones with a slimmer body but havent had any luck...
Gardo, I will be up that way around August 15-19 and want to stop by and see Weaver. Let me know if you would be able to make it or if he would be ok with me just stopping by.
Keep up the good posts and info everybody

CPN - Welcome and looks great! Have you had it long? Looks like one of the early ones with the rhon covers.

** Just to clarify for anyone looking to buy the lever... That is not the one shown in the link to buy it. I'd suggest contacting the seller and making sure you get the one shown on CPN's bike.

Make sure your chain is properly tightened, and that the wheel is on good and straight. Once I did that my chain hardly ever rubs. If you're sure all is good with the setup and it still rubs you could try repositioning the fender. There's really not much adjustability there, use loctite. Could also be the clearance on your bike is just especially tight and needs a little extra attention with a grinder.

CPN - Welcome man and hang on to your handlebars because this site of "heist soldiers" is a blast just like the bike! I love the kick and I will be looking to get one real soon. is it kickstart #6?

Gardo - Thanks for the heads up on the filling up the air bag about every four days. I must say that there is a difference for sure. It was funny yesterday I was seeking bumpy roads rather than avoiding them just to see how it rode. My next mission is to lose all the EPA stuff. Already took the stuff off up by the front of the bike but need to get the two canisters off and get a new air filter. Are there any specifics I need to look for as far as the filter? I know once canisters are off you have to take the stock one off. What about the other little hoses? do they need to be plugged in any way?

Pereill - My clutch handle is the same way.....Let me know if you find anything new or suggestions!

    Keep on riding on!

You don't have to buy a new air filter. Just plug the hole left in the elbow. Make sure there are no air leaks there. A nut and bolt with some rubber washers would work. The filter you will need to buy is for the crankcase vent. $10 at the local parts shop.
