Tz afternoon I went to the shop to mod the seat hight.
Cut out the sponge about 20mm and put new seat cover.
Stock seat cover is suck....very thin and easily tear down.

Compare the material which look better. Selected the cover look like 3M sticker

Back to working place and took pic of the job well done.
I was thinking to do the cover in Blue color at later stage

After 65 kms on the clock, I decide to do the engine lub change.
Look at the colour of the old lub.....

    Closer

    Closest

Fill up 1.1 ltr with this one, cost Thb 1650.- per gallon of 6 ltr.

Start engine and allow idle for 10 min, test ride for 2 kms
.....feel like diff engine. Smooth, quiet, easy to shift. Didnt test speed
or accelerate. I dont have case of slip clutch when using Molidinum or
friction modifier solution added into the current lub when using in the wet clutch system.

Now it is 86 km on the clock.....

At 84 km the front brake got better respond, so the bedding in is almost finish.
I hit the brake at low speed and front wheel lock up, but still I have to brake hard it should be lighter press the lever.
Let wait and see after full bedding in.

Start up at cold start, fire up just in 1 start but very low rpm and if I let it idle for 10-15 sec it stop.
At middle warm I rpm is a bit higher. At fully warm (Hot) the rpm around 1500 I feel too high.

I want to know how many turn on the Air Screw at the carb, the air screw at the buttom so i have
to take all bolts out and check, it was 2 turn. So I adjust ot 1 turn.
Star up the engine and got better respond. Went for a test ride and got better touqure at low rpm.

Next I will try with 1/2 turn.

    FYI

    Hi,

I have this very same model (I sent Kot a PM earlier to find out more about this bike). Good idea changing the bolts to stainless, thank you!

I think I will also lower it just a bit.

If I have anything else done, I'll let you know.

    Thanks again...
