I found this video of some Zanella models, riding around on Chinese motorcycles in what is likely an abandoned Zanella factory in Argentina, just kidding.
Here are some images of the Zanella RX350 (Lifeng 350 sport bike), this version is 320cc and delivers 26hp, which is 3 more than the rated number on the manufactures website. They replaced the gauges, and the headlight is now post millennium.

It is possible that Shineray is the source for the Zanella RX150

To get an idea how ridiculously popular the RX150 is in South America, RX150
Also it shows the power of a recognized brand and model name...

Here is a 1979 Zanella Sapucai
Here is a 2011 Zanella Sapucai
These are 125cc bikes, to me they need a 230cc OHC, then they would be fine for selling in the USA. The bike is a Honda CG125 frame and the CB250 (223cc) should bolt right in.

Likely more then half of the total sales in Argentina are coming out of China….the biggest distributors are refining and interfacing with the factories better. These distributors are and will be one of the largest influences over the development of the motorcycle manufacturing industry in China.
China is big in Argentina, but also India and South Korea are in the mix…the later are retaining their brand identity in the market the Chinese primarily are not.
The growth in motorcycle exports out of China are reflected in Argentina likely more then in any other single segment of the total global market.

Beta Argentina seems to be partnering with Loncin and also Qingqi, they offer the GS250 Jinan Models but also offer the bored out Loncin version of the GN250...it has 292cc and offers 22hp.
Beta Euro
Loncin LX-300
Beta Argentina is offering primarily Chinese models but only has about 1% of the market.
