Hmmm, would seem an opportune time for Jialing to start moving up the value chain. I hear their JH600 dual sport has great potential, but they are toast if they can't get on top of those fuel injection problems. There's a group of customers in China who bought the JH600 in good faith, but Jialing is crapping all over them by ignoring the dangerous stalling problem in their bikes.
On the other hand, if Jialing can iron out the problems and start showing that it is capable of providing good customer support (instead of just making OEM bikes by the millions), they stand a great chance of competing effectively in the global market!
Your choice, Jialing! Do the right thing and rise to a new level, or keep f*cking your customers and be f*cked by history.

I would buy my way out of the situation, if they have a fix for sale buy it. If it means something to you then do it. If you get it stable you could sell it and then buy the next version, keep doing that and keep documenting the results. You could go to the factory and ask to speak to a director and ask them to help you and in exchange for that you will help them.

Ride your bikes to Chongging and tell them you are coming and would like them to sponsor the ride. Film it and all the good and bad. Then film the events at the factory. Tell them it is all a big promotion, to get interest in the great JH600. Then show them the video of the trip and ask them then to participate in a permanent progression of the model.

Actually, ridding from Shanghai to Chongqing is not too long of a trip. The JH600 is an adventure bike, it should be able to make such a trip.

The EFI versions will bring about initial apprehension to everyone, consumer and technicians alike. Qianjiang is likely looking for guinea pigs for the EFI version of the VX250 and they actually should and also have campaigns to get confidence up and or work the bugs out. That’s a matter of finding consumers and assigning technical support centers to them and monitoring the results.
Currently they have “reviews” of the model on their website, people will not trust that method, they will not expect an honest review from the manufacturer itself.
It requires a real person in a real world and objective documentation…the good and the bad and the end results should be stability and reliability.
The fear of EFI is in all markets, without confidence they will hit a wall in the export markets. If asking an export client do you want an EFI version most would be highly reluctant. They have to prove the EFI and that has to be in realty and not simply made up if it is not stable.

EmpireKeeway
“Empire, born in early 2002 by importing bikes from the Republic of China a small headquarters, located in San Martin (Caracas) with a total of 20 employees. Later, in 2005-and thanks to its rapid growth-Empire managed to sign an agreement with the Ministry of People's Power for Light Industries and Commerce (MPPILCO) becoming the first assembly of motorcycles in the country.
Therefore, in search of expansion and development of your product, you decide to purchase a property with industrial buildings in the area of the Valles del Tuy (State of Miranda) installed for the first time in Venezuela Production Line automatically, generating a important source of direct and indirect employment for locals.
Since 2007, Empire makes a series of reforms since its strategic partnership with Chinese consortium motopartes largest manufacturer in Asia, Qianjang Keeway, which belongs to the government of the Republic of China through the mayoral Wenling. Thanks to this important strategic partnership Keeway Empire begins its consolidation in the domestic market with the addition of two new production line and the construction of an industrial park (located in the same area of Valles del Tuy) with an investment of over 52,000,000 BsF., which represents a sustainable growth of the Venezuelan company with products of excellent quality and best price / market value.”

The Keeway speed is big seller, http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&s...IYre0QGvu-StAg
Cannot seem to find any in any other color then blue….which I actually dislike.
I also dislike the headlight they added to the new model.
The bike looks much better to me in Black or Red and with standard headlight.
It also looks good with a cupula puig. like the one on this red bike.Last edited by MJH; 07-13-2017 at 03:14 AM.
