02-07-2012, 04:55 AMOk I realize there are threads about this bike already posted but instead of reviving old threads I decided to post new.....
I am looking for any additional information from people who actually own this model/bike...
cp_d250b07.jpg
My main areas of concern are the Motor used on it and the physical size/appearance of the bike itself.
I have been told its a full size chopper thats comparable in size to the Honda Rebel 250's
Does anyone have any photos of this bike or the "A" series sitting beside a normal chopper or motorcycle? something to accurately display the size of it...
Its hard to really get an idea from Video and other Photo's online
URL to manufacturers information on this unit..
http://www.sunnymotor.com/product_in...roducts_id=123
I have been wanting this bike for a while now.. But I dont want it to arrive and then im shocked at how small it is... They claim full size but other sites call it a mini chopper and others call it a 3/4
What the heck is it..
I am 5'10 .. am I gonna look like im riding a kids toy or does this thing fit the size of a real motorcycle..
any information and photo's is appreciated
thanks

Also how are the Motorcycles as compared to scooters.. I have been told they are a bit more stable and durable then the average china scooter..

02-22-2012, 03:10 AM1750 miles on mine , exact same motor/wiring as "Dong fang Bobber" read the 300 pages there - good bike but crappy bulbs , immediatly replace bulbs with led's and headlight socket/bulb with american
only issues I have had wer a bad voltage regulator on delivery
its actually a 3/4 sized bike , im 6'5 175lb mine runs at 70 needs regearing to go faster but does it easily , didnt "fit me" when I got it the forward controls are not forward enough for someone my length so I extended the controls forward another 1 ft. now fits like a glove (although noone else can ride/fit it)
if your over 6' tall you will need to retrofit forward controls to accomidate ya
truely a fun littl bike , I was getting about 90 mpg below highway speeds during break in , now I only use it for highway travel and get about 65 mpg
longer rake indeed causes better stability at all speeds , but its more difficult to turn at slow speeds , even at speed I am often leaning so far over my heels and or muffler will contact to roadway :p - easily remidied by taking them turns a bit slowerLast edited by DanDaMan; 02-22-2012 at 04:28 AM.

02-22-2012, 04:30 AMOk so its a 3/4 chopper... but does it look like ur riding on some kids toy - or does it look like ur on some sort of custom style chopper lol..
I hope to have mine arrive on saturday
I always do a good PDI on new bikes and equipment. Change fluids, check all electrical and inspect every nut and bolt etc..

02-22-2012, 03:44 PMsome say looks like a toy but most say "where can I get 1"
of coarse I am 6'5 , even my 77 GS 750 susuki looks like a toy bike with me on it
- so who cares it gets 90 mpg off highway and 65 on /wink
stock , your butt is 20" off the ground , and the back tire cannot be replaced in america (except with a car tire) 205/40/14
I parked next to a real chopper 1 day it was smaller by about 1/2 a tire
where ya live ? if near austin TX ill let ya come sit on it
make your decision soon when I 1st started looking believe they wer listed at 1850 , when pulled trigger they wer 2050 , now there ? 2400 seems with every sale they jack the price

02-24-2012, 10:20 PMWell Friday came and no joy
Wrong item shipped
this company has been the worst online experience I have had to date.........
I called about an hour ago and she said she would call me back shortly after doing some research -- still no call back from them about the issue

02-27-2012, 02:04 PMSangrelX, did you end up getting your bike? I too have ordered one but it's coming from Asia and I'm in Australia. Still not 100% sure if it's street legal here.
