is it possible to screw the shock body up into the top mount part of the shock
there is a locking collar there so it seems to be adjustable , but i dont know if one should tamper with that part

Yes, the front shock body can be disassembled from their mounts and the top inserted back more above the locking collar to lower the height. There isn't a whole lot space between the collar and the handle bar, perhaps 3/4 cm. That is what is typically done by lots of height challenged riders. The spring on the back can only be adjusted in softness to reduce the height.

Andre, the original owner of your bike, is over 190cm, so I guess you've gotten the tallest supermotard there is.
