I have no information on any Loncin 249cc DOHC four valve only the 300cc they offer.

I cannot see the engine in the M1NSK or get any info on it from any marginally reliable source.

The engine to me looks like a Zongshen ZS177MM

There are many whole-selling that engine in that type frame….

I do not see any offered in the US other then the one you linked to and it is being offered in my opinion without any legitimate documentation. I see no EPA certificate for it as ON-Highway approved, it may have an
Off Highway certificate and under what name I do not know.

Everybody and their brother…..is selling everything to everyone and anyone.

    Buyers Beware.

Without clear information, like online accessible part schematics and part numbers, without existence of shop manuals, even without following procedural federal regulations in the markets they are offered into.

That may be a decent engine, but if they tell you it is a Loncin they either do not know or care, they certainly are not willing or able to support it either way, if they do not know what it is.

    No worries….

Here is the ZS177MM from another angle.

Here is the CBR250 Honda DOHC 4-Valve

Here is the Shineray version of the engine.

I am not sure if the ZS177MM is a DOHC? Its a 4-valve but may be only a SOHC.

The ZS177MM is also a six speed and the website has its XB-37 NC250 listed as a 5-speed?

The shineray/yinggang 250 is not a copy of the Honda CBR250. It's an exact replica of the Honda NX250.

    Cheers!

Yes also know as MD26 and MD21.

    MD26 -XL250

    MD21-AX-1

The CBR250R or MC41 has the same size and configuration but is not the same engine.
