10-05-2012, 02:57 PMWell for the best part of 2 weeks, I have been self testing.
Picking a random 100 motor car & bike questions.
Can only ever get 85 right at best. :(
Some times, only get 81 right. :( :(

It helps you understand how Chinese school children feel. Jump through non-sensical question hoops made up by idiots to pass a test.

10-06-2012, 12:56 AMHi Graham.
Ask your wife to give you the questions and mark the ones where you answer wrong - focus on these.
Forget all about to understand - just try to remember.
It worked for me.

10-06-2012, 02:58 AMIndeed to all of the above...
...Gra, good work for self testing yourself; this will help a lot, I'm sure.
I studied those questions for about 2 or three evenings per week over the space of about two months. It helped me to have them sink in over time and it could work for you too. Forcing anything into your head too quickly will simply result in a high loss of that information.
As you may remember, on my first day of exams I got one score of 87 and another of 88. I could remember the questions that I wasn't sure of and so that night I spend another hour or so revising those. The next day I got 93!
Between the three exams that I took, I could have sworn that about 70% of the questions were repeated in each.

the exam is relatively simple. compare what high school students done prepare for national exam for higher education, this one is less hell.
focus the question made wrong works for me too. don't try to understand why you got wrong, as V just said, it could damage your brain.同志仍需努力
