Shineray/Xinyaun is China's 22nd largest producer of motorcycles, they manufactured 145,000 for the first six months of 2012, they gained 0.53% over the same period 2011, 71.78% of that total production was exported. 28,128 vehicles for the first half of the year went to the domestic market.

I am not crazy for a 400cc single, but if I was to design a bike around that engine then….

A 400cc single of the Mini would be very cool…but bigger with 17" rims.

I like the design elements, but it too small ,the big tires could be 17” like the types seen on a typical Motard.
A 223cc version and also a s 400cc version, that looks like that, but just bigger, about the size of a typical motard, I like the standard look and the custom parts, it just the little bike is just a mini, it is not impossible to make a standard with fatter tires and a bigger frame and use the 223cc and 400cc engines. Then that would be a line of model that would cover a bigger range of customers. I do not like the tail end though.

Fit and finish looks pretty good on those,
plus they are different.
They sell these in Argentina as a RX150 Sport for $1,800.00 USD.
I think the Chinese models look better...they also have the CVTT engine in the Chinese bikes.
