The covers look fantastic. They are going to match up perfectly with both having the contrasting stitching. I love it.

i got enough snow today in illinois to give it a good test. Too windy out here to do mine yet though. maybe i can get it tonight. i got my first 2 miles on my new bobber yesterday when it was about 40 degrees warmer out. it was misting out or i would have ridden much longer. the bobber is very enjoyable to ride though.

For the fake oil tank mod im going to try using one of the two smaller cans in this vintage canister set on amazon.

The labels are paper so ill just peel them off and paint. I will post pics as it progresses.
I love the way the drag bars i got now look on the bike, but i want something more laid back, so I been looking at bikemaster 110511 black handlebars. They look similar to Gun-Rods but cost a bit less.
I stripped out my clutch lever assembly bolt threads in the cast aluminum. i will drill it out and put inserts in to fix it i guess.
Anyone know how long it takes for saferwholesale to do certificate paperwork and get it back to you?

I had my paperwork within a week of calling them. Veronica in their titling dept is pretty good at getting the paperwork filed and sent back out.
