I was actually having a look at lexmoto the lowride in particular, only reason im steering clear of them is the dealer in my area has been known to do a half ar*e job when it comes to building the bikes. Missing screws, scratched up parts, blown bulbs etc. but for thier price lexmoto is really cheap and thier bikes also look top notch

I think after reading a few things online about the v-raptor im leaning towards that, it looks the part and seems like a pretty fun bike well my heads making me lean towards that bike. my heart on the other hand is still set on the whole supermoto style bikes, now its just a matter of which one wins i guess, one part says id rather have a bike that i love to ride, a few bumps and scrapes is not the end of the world but head says other bikes much more practical.
The bikes ive narrowed it down to in no particular order
Skyteam v-raptor 125 - Seat height 780mm - Tank 10 lt - Disk F/R - The V-Raptor only bike in the list that only has the speed dial. If i buy the bike new i will have to break the engine in and without a rev counter that seems like a pretty dificult task. Any tips on how to go about it - with insurance over budget by £246
Sinnis Trackstar 125 - Seat height 760mm - Tank 10 lt - Disk F/Drum R - with insurance just a little over budget by £54
Sinnis Vista 125 - Seat height 760mm - Tank 13.8 lt - Disk F/Drum R - with insurance within budget by £100
WK Trial 125 - Seat height 850mm - Tank 5.6 lt - Disk F/R - This bike does seem like a good choice, heart says im going to have the most fun on the bike on the mud tracks around the house and farm but its got the smallest tank- with insurance within budget by £2
and the original bike i fell for the Superbyke rmr 125 - Seat height 890mm - Tank 10.6 lt - Disk F/R - with insurance just a little over budget by £64
Does the type of brakes at the back really matter id its drum or disk?. My first car had drums as the back and at times they did seem a bit spongy when you try to brake, but then again my first car did have a fair few issues

I have just looked at the Sinnis website responding to 'Brokelad' from Brighton and the Trackstar looks like a good choice. Of course, you are no where near the Sinnis HQ like he is, as far as keeping in touch with them. But, seems like a good brand.

yeah thats very true i was having a look the closest dealer for sinnis is a 2 hour drive away and the skyteam vraptor dealer is 2 hours away. both seem like a bit of a hassle if anything happens to the bike and i need to take it back, or if i need to source parts. i dont think i would be comfortable riding to the sinnis dealer on the bike on a road that has been voted one of the most unpopular road in scotland due to safety, the layout of the road etc

Skyteam are one of the better makes of Chinese bikd and are quite well made. Having said that if it did go wrong any good bike shop should be able to repair them. The dealer I bought mine from is 4 hours away in Somerset but I get mine serviced locally.
