Ok so it looks like the full company name is - Ningbo Dongfang Lingyun Vehicle Made Co.,Ltd.

They don't seem to have that bike listed as a direct sale, this probably means its modified for the market. I found they are based on a more popular bike such as an old Suzuki or Honda. If you can find that out you can then look for parts based on the mainstream bikes. I buy a lot of Suzuki parts for my Sinnis.
