It's funny you found this, MJH. I think I already got a sales pitch from them in my spam email file:
Dear kind sir;
You do not know me, but I represent a motorcycle firm in NIgeria. You have been chosen to win a brand new Nigerian-built Honda. Please kindly send us $2000 for shipping and taxes, and we will send you a brand new Honda.

They use the bikes for taxis, that’s why it has such a big seat and larger foot rests on the side.

Honda is offering a CG110 in Nigeria
In 1980, Yamaha Motor established a motorcycle factory in Nigeria that carried out manufacture and sale of motorcycles; however, in 2005 Yamaha pulled out of production at the factory due to a decline in the market, and have since been selling motorcycles imported from Japan or India through local dealerships.
In 2014 Yamaha announced it will be back in production in Nigeria, through a joint venture with a French company called CFAO S.A., which manages distribution of International vehicles in the African Market.
The target for new company CYMNG is 70,000 vehicles by 2018.
Honda plans to sell 40,000 of the CG110 annually. Honda says it will continue its proactive commitment to accommodate local needs in the production and sales of Honda motorcycle products in the rapidly growing African countries.
