It is strange situation - ordinary you can find rebuilt kits (jets, needles, gaskets, membranes, O-rings, circlips, springs ...) for most carbs on C-motos, but I can not find one for MV30P. There is a guy from China, "Humanbeing" - if he sees this thread, he'll probably give you some "Taobao" link with that kit.
Or, you could try to call people from "SSR Motorsport" from California. Their XF 250 (aka. "Qingqi") is fitted with the same carb. Maybe they have some spare parts.
And yes, you can fit different carb. I think that cheaper carb would be plain, slide type PZ30, but you would be forced to modify/make intake manifold because MV30P have so called spigot type connection, and PZ30 are commonly with... Damn, I forgot English word for that type of connection!Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

11-10-2015, 09:49 PMHumanBeing has posted on this thread before. I hope he can point me in the right direction for a rebuild kit of some sort.
I did find an entire carburetor on Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/TK-Carburettor.../dp/B00EDRY46C. The Jianshe 250cc quad is also equipped with the MV30P. I browsed TaoBao and found the carburetor as well, but I don't know how to order. Google chrome only translates so much, but not the check out page.

11-12-2015, 02:57 AMWow! Those are some great prices! I wonder how long shipping will take. Thank you MJH! Now all I have to do is find a manual and I think I'll be set!
