Getting a motorcycle license in Xinjiang

I gave up on getting a china license to ride bike here. From the posts it would take me long time if possible at all.

Now I'm looking to see what are my options for trail or dirt moto somewhere legal in china. Is private land only? Has there been posts on this, I don't know, but can you ride legally in China anywhere without a motorcycle license?

In the short time I've been in Beijing, it's reminded me of NYC except without anyone paying attention to the stop signals, haha.

If there are any upcomming get togethers that anyone (with or without a bike in China) can attend where do I look?

Don't know hoe long you've been in BJ, but man, if you are on a residence permit, Beijing should be THE place where a driving license is easiest to get.
