05-22-2016, 02:26 AMHello,
just a quick introduction my new QINGQI U-ZEAL 250. Paid 14k at a local shop in Qingdao. Including tax, plate and insurance.
Have now 300km on the clock.
Faced some minor issues:
Tail light fell off after 70km.
When I run the bike part loaded (60kmh, 5. gear, flat road) I feel some bucking of the engine. Carb issues?
Cheers
Andreas

At the photo it looks like ur bike is EFI , not carburetor type.

Yeah, that's definitely carb. I wonder the big free space under the carb. That's why I considered it EFI

U can check whether the carburetor has a drain screw sidewards at the bottom.
My X2 has that.

That's a great looking bike! Congrats on the purchase, hope you get the "bucking" issue sorted. For such a new bike, why not take it to the dealer and ask them to fix it? I had a similar problem with a Jialing 150; it turned out to be a faulty emissions control filter of some kind causing a kind of vapor lock... took them two seconds to fix it after I had agonized for hours disassembling the carb and cleaning it because I thought I'd gotten a batch of dirty gas.
I love Qingdao, by the way. If I had a do-over, I would have settled there instead of Beijing.
