I guess you have a air leakeage. In Poland we say false air.

And if you will keep the jinlun for longer time buy this:

Spend more money next time?

The Jinluns are not so bad, as you think.
A friend of mine made 100 000km with a JL250. Of course after 80 000km he changed all bearings inside.
